On day one in office, the Biden administration sent an immigration plan
to Congress. According to the White
House Fact Sheet, "The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021 establishes a
new system to responsibly manage and secure our border, keep our families and
communities safe, and better manage migration across the Hemisphere."
Please join us for Immigration Policy in
the Biden Administration, a virtual discussion of the Biden Immigration
plan and its future on Wednesday, February 24th from 12-1:30 p.m.,

Dr. Rachel Navarre, Political Science—Public Opinion on Immigration
and the Likelihood of Reform
Dr. Feodor Gostjev, Criminal Justice--Root Causes of Migration
Dr. Navid Fozi, Anthropology--Repealing of
Trump’s “Muslim Ban”
Dr. Jabbar Al-Obaidi, Global Programs, will
moderate.
