Twenty five Mandela Fellows will start arriving at Bridgewater State University on June 17 and begin classes on June 20. The fellows will be on campus a full six weeks, departing on July 31.
Bridgewater State University (BSU) is among an elite group of institutions chosen by the U.S. Department of State to host the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders (YALI). The fellows, twenty-five of Africa’s brightest emerging public administrators will study at BSU for a six-week academic and leadership institute.
