The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many members of BSU community experiencing stress, anxiety, loneliness, and in some cases a depression. This is why BSU has expanded its services and made necessary adjustments to provide counseling and health care to our community. In partnership with the BSU Wellness Center, and the Pedro Pires Institute for Cape Verdean Studies, the Global Programs of the Minnock Institute for Global Engagement invites you and your students to attend a virtual panel discussion “Healthy Lifestyle: How to Cope with Anxiety, Stress for Better Physical and Mental Health" to be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 1pm-2:30pm.
