Checkpoint is designed to provide personalized, one-on-one support to incoming transfer and first year students as they navigate and complete time-sensitive items to be successfully enrolled. Incoming students have several dates in June to choose from to attend this one-day program.
While on campus, students and their families will:
- Receive a personalized checklist progress tracker report, including their status in completing placement testing, residential Deposit and License Agreement, Honors invitation, academic advising process, recruited student-athlete confirmation and more
- Opportunity to complete checklist items
- Connect with offices and departments, along with fellow Bears
- Engage with other incoming Bears and Orientation Leaders in small and large group experiences
There will be 7 sessions offered in June for First Time students (13, 14, 15, 21*, 22, 23, 26) * a virtual session for out-of-new England students, and an in-person session for Transfers on June 27th. New students will be assigned to a session. Contact Orientation@bridgew.edu with any questions.
